The best way to wake up is daylight! Go outside for at least 20 minutes every day, ideally in the morning. Natural daylight helps us produce more serotonin and supports the body in regulating its daily rhythm. This can improve your mood and make your sleep more restful. By the way, the weather doesn’t matter: Even with a thick cloud cover, you still get enough sunlight!
